We use Stripe for payments that are processed online. We do this for all of our clients both local and international as it is the most secure, and cost-efficient option for our customers. The entire process is encrypted for both one-time and subscription based payments. Falcon Media can invoice in AUD, USD, GBP, or EUR. New customers may be required to pay via bank transfer for their first transaction. This is on a case by case basis and will be assessed accordingly.

Falcon Media is the parent company of Social Jet Fuel. Falcon Media specializes in Entertainment Marketing and is based in Melbourne, Australia. Falcon Media has supplier partners that work with its marketing team to create dynamic and highly effective growth strategies in Social Media, SEO/SEM, and Google Ads. Social Jet Fuel is an exclusive product of Falcon Media.

There is a 48 hours window upon cancellation. Though you have ended your subscription, your digital promoters will continue to acquire new followers until your next renewal date. Please let us know if you would also like us to pause their activity. Your credit card will no longer be charged as it is no longer an active payment method, and your subscription will officially end 1 day before your next potential renewal date. At this stage, your subscription is officially cancelled, and you are no longer an active customer of Social Jet Fuel.

We offer discounts to our exclusive suppliers. Typically, the suppliers we work with are freelance social media specialists, digital marketing agencies, and celebrity influencers who have multiple Instagram Accounts. These entities are eligible to get 10% off for additional accounts (terms and conditions apply), and will vary based on tenure, invoice history, and overall relationship with Social Jet Fuel.

The only payment methods we keep on file are those of our active members as their credit card is charged once a month for their subscription. If a member of Social Jet Fuel were to cancel his/her subscription, our system would automatically remove their payment method(s) from our database. We only work with active members who love our products and take their social media growth seriously.

The only customer data we keep on file are those of our active members. Customers who have cancelled their subscription with Social Jet Fuel will have their information removed from our database. This means that if they were to re-subscribe to Social Jet Fuel, they will have to go through the initial onboarding process once again, since we would have to re-add them into our database. We do this because we only work with active members who love our products and take their social media growth seriously.

Instagram Growth

Yes we do! Upon signup, the marketing team at Falcon Media typically assesses the potential of each Instagram Account. We have a comprehensive criteria we follow when determining your Instagram Growth potential. Each Instagram Account is different and may require unique adjustments in terms of targeting, strategy, and activity. So everyone is on the same page, and before the heavy lifting commences, we would normally agree on an average follower guarantee per month for your account before we take payment. Some accounts work better than others, but the process is still the same. We use a 3 Pillar Instagram Growth Method that is proven to work. We are so confident with our process that if these guarantees are not achieved, we will include additional promotional days of service at zero cost, until those guarantees are met.

Once we have assessed your account’s growth potential, and you have paid for your first month, our marketing team will begin our onboarding process. This process can take between 3-5 days to complete (Between 7-10 days for larger accounts). During this time, Social Jet Fuel will be creating your niche specific personal promoter team. Your subscription will start on the first day of activity so you can maximize each month’s growth potential.

No we do not. Social Jet Fuel does not need any of your credentials to deliver real, genuine, and organic growth on your Instagram Account. As a matter of fact, other third party automation services that require you to provide your Instagram Account’s login details go against Instagram’s terms of service and can get your account flagged, banned, or blocked. Whenever someone else who is not you, signs into your Instagram Account, Instagram views that action as a potential threat since it could be a security risk, spam, or malicious bot activity. You should be very cautious when proceeding with any of these types of actions/services in order to keep your account safe and in good standing with Instagram’s community guidelines.

The best way to update your Reference Accounts would be by sharing your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with us via email. Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] with a list of new RA’s. Remember, the best Reference Accounts are Instagram Profiles with active commenters, profiles with a reasonable like/follower ratio (between 5%-7% authentic likes is highly desirable), and profiles that are similar to your brand. Social Jet Fuel uses these Reference Accounts to attract similar followers to follow your Instagram Account to achieve an effective new follower conversion ratio. We recommend updating your Reference Accounts at least once a month. If our marketing team are running low on RA’s we will also notify you via email, so you can replenish them. The more real and engaged the RA’s, the better your community of fans will be.

The Digital Promoter Team are individual niche accounts within various networks that follow and engage with your desired audience. Imagine a nightclub that is growing interest for an upcoming event. They use a team of nightclub people to generate hype and promote the excitement of going to the club itself, enjoying the atmosphere, and ideally coming back to future events. This builds intrigue with their audiences and sends traffic to the event itself, thus increasing the overall exposure of the nightclub. In this scenario, your Instagram Account is similar to the Nightclub, and your Digital Promoter Team executes intelligent activity to grow your followers.

Your Digital Promoter Team (DPT) engages with prospective followers on a 24 hour schedule. Your monthly package will determine the activity size/actions/frequency of your Digital Promoters (DP’s). Your DP’s follow your target audience from your Reference Accounts. They also engage with your audience’s posts, videos, stories, and reels. Some DP’s send direct messages to your Target Audience to establish a dialogue with them while promoting your brand. DP’s share your profile with these direct messages and by doing so, send more organic, real, and authentic people to your Instagram Account. Your DPT create their own community of followers from their own posts and act as an influencer in their respective niches. It is one of the most efficient methods of activity in the market for increasing traffic to a main account.

No. Digital Promoters will only send one direct message per user, per target account. Upon sending a message to this user, they are then added to a block-list. Your converted/existing followers are also added to a do-not-message/block-list during the onboarding phase to minimize/eliminate any risk of message fatigue. We do this to ensure the best experience for your audience, so you won’t have to worry about duplicate messages being sent to your current followers.

The best accounts to use as Reference Accounts are similar accounts to your brand with active, real, and genuine engagement. The best place to start would be to look at competitor accounts in your niche and see which ones have the best like/follower ratios. View their engagement as well as their Reels View Count, and decide if you would like your DP’s to attract their followers to your page. The more niche specific your RA’s are, the higher the conversion rate. You only want to attract those followers who would most likely want to be a part of your brand’s community, because at the end of the day, these are the people who will be liking your posts, enjoying your reels, and viewing your stories on a consistent basis. The healthiest brands have a sustainable, organic, and long-term approach to turning followers to true fans who absolutely love your product.

Since our Digital Promoters are used across multiple clients, we do not share usernames or business sensitive data. We do this in order to protect the privacy of our customers. Each DP generates a “Message Request” notification in your messages when your posts are shared on their Instagram Stories. This raises brand awareness and boost visibility for your main account. Our refund policy is based on whether we can/have delivered on the established follower guarantees upon setup. If a subscription is cancelled and Social Jet Fuel has been delivering on its guarantees, then unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund. If Social Jet Fuel has exhausted all avenues and efforts to generate new followers for your brand, but have not achieved the agreed results, then you are entitled to a partial refund based on the remaining number of days left on your subscription. All DP activity will be deducted on a pro-rata basis and will be processed when issuing you your refund.

If a new customer wishes to cancel their subscription upon signing up, they have 72 hours to send a cancellation email upon initial purchase to obtain a 100% refund. Customer are required to follow Social Jet Fuel’s standard cancellation procedure (see above), and send an email to [email protected] to make the cancellation request official.
